The perception of beauty often implies the interpretation of an entity that is in harmony with nature, and that can transmit a feeling of both attraction and emotional well-being, because it's a subjective experience.
The concept of beauty is as subjective as deep. Being physically attractive and beautiful is something wonderful. Taking care of our body, to keep it healthy and molded is without a doubt sensational and one could even feel a greater confidence. However, modern society through the media, publicity and fashion, imposes a canon of beauty where not all of us are reflected in. Unrealistic perfect bodies and faces cause a distortion on what beauty really means. We must be clear that the physical aspect is neither greater nor lesser than the internal aspect and it's here where we must find a balance. The external may matter but what is inside us is much more essential than any physical feature.
THE INNER BEAUTY
The inner Beauty is what tracends physical features, and is reflected in personality, attitude, confidence, good feelings to offer and transmit to others, in talents, qualities, among other things.
LOVE BEGINS WITH ONESELF
It's important to love and feel good about ourselfs, beyond the simple sight that is the Beauty that will be reflected along the way to ourselves and others recognizing the importance in each of the aspects as much as the inner beauty, as the external beauty thus maintaining the right balance.
