This is characterized by a deficit of red blood cells whose cells take on a larger size than usual, in addition to fatigue, disorientation, memory loss, tachycardia, etc. It is recommended the intake of vitamin B12 of 2.4mg, which is also found in cereals, brewer's yeast or in food supplements.
The truth is that both diets require more planning and dedication in the kitchen than an omnivore, so that all meals are balanced and cover all needs and on the other hand both are admirable because they have made changes in their lives that actually let them feel healthier ,happier and allow them to live a longer life.
