When we think about skin, women automatically associate it with aesthetic beauty. Women always want to look beautiful and impeccable, but we must go a little further than what we see in order to maintain a balance between health and beauty. We just have to acquire some daily habits to get the best version of our skin.

Incorporating some routines we can look a healthy skin. a daily soft cleaning along with a good hydration and a weekly exfoliation are some basic steps to follow to have a soft and smooth skin ,the makeup products have been considered harmful to have a healthy and beautiful skin but nowadays it is not like that, considering the vast range and variety of products and makeup in the market that guarantees us the nutritious contribution, humidity and solution for all type of skin and according to the needs.

It is important to have certain clear rules to protect the skin from sun damage and pollution, such as moisturizing the skin before makeup and using sunscreen.

OTHER CARE:

OILY SKIN

This type of skin is commonly typical in adolescence because of hormonal changes, it is advisable to eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, in addition to drinking lots of water.


  • Wash with a pH-balanced, odorless soap

  • Avoiding a lot of makeup

  • Moderate sun exposure.


DRY SKIN

This type of skin is very fine and delicate and also brittle. It is recommended to consume wheat yeast supplements because of their biotin, vitamin A and other additional supplements.


  • Moisten and hydrate it regularly.

  • Protect the skin from extreme temperatures of cold or heat.

  • Use makeup for dry skin.


MIXED SKIN

It is characterized by some fat areas such as forehead, nose and chin ,and dry cheekbones and eye areas. Apply aloe vera and vitamin E moisturizers, among others.


  • Wash the face with neutral soap.

  • Moisturize with gel type lotions.

  • Avoid bright makeup.



It is advisable to clean the skin before going to sleep whether you have oily skin, dry or mixed to free it from toxins and makeup, a dehydrated skin becomes dull and not very flexible

thus losing the ability to function as a protective barrier to various external factors. The important thing is to choose quality products according to our skin type, and with these simple steps you will get a fresher, natural and free of wrinkles or pimples.
